• Test and learn. When you are piloting or iterating, we design proportionate, trauma‑informed process and/or outcome evaluations that surface what’s working, for whom, and under what conditions. We build in rapid feedback loops so you can adapt in real time.

• Established interventions. For mature services, we deliver independent process and outcome evaluations to evidence effectiveness, strengthen quality, and inform commissioning and scaling decisions. Designs are pragmatic, ethically robust and aligned to your data and operational realities.

• Methods and approach. We use qualitative, quantitative and mixed‑methods designs, including theory‑based and trauma-informed approaches, literature reviews, rapid evidence assessments, and trauma‑informed fieldwork with marginalised populations. Each project is scoped to your questions, context and constraints.
