Recent Publications

The most recent NHS Trauma and Resilience Service Evaluation showcases our trauma-informed, iterative and bespoke process and impact research and evaluation. These evaluations captured  sensitive and complex data , charting the development of systems change across Rotherham and South Yorkshire. 

This one-year project applied Somatic Footsteps' novel Multidimensional Trauma Framework to an exploration of the impact of trauma-informed systems change, led by the NHS TRS in partnership with the voluntary sector in Rotherham.

This project was led, designed and researched by Somatic Footsteps in partnership with the TRS, who provided input to develop an equine-assisted trauma stabilisation pathway for women experiencing substance use and with histories of trauma.
